ProMed+ is a platform for booking lab tests and storing and reading results. By using the platform you accept these terms.

Nature of the service

ProMed+ is a marketplace and information platform connecting users with laboratories. ProMed+ does not provide medical services or medical advice.

Tests are performed by partner laboratories; the respective lab is responsible for the accuracy of results.

Information and AI explanations are for informational purposes only and do not replace a doctor’s advice. Consult a physician for health decisions.

Accounts are created with a phone number via OTP. Booking payments are made at the prices shown in the app.

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of material changes.
